Several House Democrats walked out of President Donald Trump's State of the Union address on Tuesday. New York Democrat Paul Tonko of the 20th district stayed for the duration. But Tonko says he is disappointed with the substance of the speech and the tone of the evening. He spoke with WAMC News on Wednesday.
