Wednesday night, Glenville Town Supervisor Chris Koetzle will deliver his latest State of the Town address. Koetzle, who is in his third term in the town of 30,000, also serves as the chair of the Schenectady County GOP. He previewed the speech in an interview with WAMC Tuesday.
