Indictments have been released in a corruption case brought by U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara of New York's Southern District involving a former top aide to Governor Andrew Cuomo and numerous upstate New York developers. The grand jury considered more than a dozen counts including fraud, bribery, extortion and false statements. No arraignment date for Joseph Percoco has been set.
