Here's NewsChannel 13 Meteorologist Paul Caiano's WAMC Regional Forecast:

Snow moving in from south to north.  Snow changing to sleet, then rain south of I-90 and from the Eastern Catskills points east into New England This afternoon.  1-3 inches of snow before the change.  Remaining all snow in the Western Catskills, the Mohawk Valley west of Amsterdam, the Adirondacks, the Champlain Valley and Central and Northern Vermont.  Up to 6 inches of snow in these locations by evening.  Highs in the 30's.

Evening rain showers mixing with sleet and snow south and east.  More snow north and west with another 3-6 inches in these locations.   Lows in the lower 30's.

More snow, rain and areas of fog and drizzle tomorrow.  The steadiest snow will be in the mountains where another 3-6 inches is possible.  Highs in the mid 30's.
