Pittsfield, MA – Just about one-third of the registered voters in the city of Pittsfield, Massachusetts turned out for Election Day on Tuesday. And Mayor James Ruberto won his third term in office, earning more than 72 percent of the vote. WAMC's Berkshire Bureau Chief, Carrie Saldo, spoke with Ruberto at his victory party Tuesday night;
