A Saratoga County Sheriff's deputy resigned yesterday, after being arraigned on official misconduct and harrassment charges related to an encounter in Halfmoon, NY on Friday. A video soon surfaced on YouTube that shows Sergeant Shawn Glans cursing at - and apparently slapping - a young man who had a rifle in his vehicle.
