Springfield, MA – Officials are hoping to tap unspent federal stimulus dollars for high speed rail projects to close a funding gap for the redevelopment of Union Station in Springfield Massachusetts. One of the most significant transportation projects in the region has been stalled for years, but the city's top development official vows there will soon be tangible progress WAMC's Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill reports .
