Springfield, MA – A four million dollar project to improve the infrastructure on Main Street in the South End of Springfield Massachusetts was recently completed.. Now long time residents and city officials hope this will spark a renewal in the neighborhood that was the 20th century destination for the craftsmen and artists that built Springfield....
