Chris Colfer is renowned for his Golden Globe-winning performance as Kurt Hummel on Fox's Glee, where he helped bring the story and struggles of a gay teen to an international audience.

The 29-year-old actor-turned-writer is also taking the literary world by storm. Colfer has written an impressive 15 novels, most notably his "The Land of Stories" children's fantasy series. His latest book, "A Tale of Magic," starts a new series filled with adventure, imagination, and memorable characters both familiar and new.

Joe talks to people on the radio for a living. In addition to countless impressive human "gets" - he has talked to a lot of Muppets. Joe grew up in Philadelphia, has been on the area airwaves for more than 25 years and currently lives in Washington County, NY with his wife, Kelly, and their dog, Brady. And yes, he reads every single book.
