Scam Advisory: We have been made aware that an online entity is posing as Joe Donahue to invite authors and other creatives onto our radio shows. The scammers then attempt to charge guests an appearance fee for exposure/publicity.

2 Current Exhibitions at The New York State Museum

Robert Weible is the New York State Historian and Chief Curator of History at the New York State Museum in Albany, NY. He joins us now to tell us about two exhibitions currently on display at the museum. The first is An Irrepressible Conflict: The Empire State in the Civil War and the second is Seneca Ray Stoddard: Capturing the Adirondacks. He’ll also tell us about the museum’s inaugural “Adirondack Day” on Nov. 3.

Joe talks to people on the radio for a living. In addition to countless impressive human "gets" - he has talked to a lot of Muppets. Joe grew up in Philadelphia, has been on the area airwaves for more than 25 years and currently lives in Washington County, NY with his wife, Kelly, and their dog, Brady. And yes, he reads every single book.
