Many unhoused people in Schenectady go to the Schenectady County Public Library's Karen B. Johnson Main Library downtown for shelter from the elements and resources ranging from bathrooms to internet access. But in recent weeks, the number of unhoused people at the library has led to a debate over the issue amid a Schenectady City Council race.
