In a section of Springfield with a fair share of empty storefronts, a new restaurant has recently opened. It’s the product of an owner and staff with a passion for cooking, and also part of a special effort to serve “micro businesses.”

There was cause for celebration on Carew Street as community members gathered at the Three Sisters Salon & Spa Wednesday.
