Housing Needs Assessment

Town of Plattsburgh officials were at a housing construction site this morning to highlight a new town law intended to enhance housing development efforts.

The Clinton County Industrial Development Agency has released a study on housing needs in the county that provides data and recommendations for advancing housing availability.
