In the NFL, Tampa Bay has managed to become the last NFL team to win a game this season, one day after Jacksonville earned its first victory. Meanwhile, things have gone from bad to worse for the Miami Dolphins.

The Bucs coughed up a 15-0 lead before Bobby Rainey scored on a one-yard run with 10:19 left to help Tampa Bay beat the Dolphins 22-19. Rainey had 45 of the Buccaneers' 140 rushing yards on a night Miami had just two yards on 14 carries.

Dolphins owner Stephen Ross met with the media before the game and made his first public statements about Jonathan Martin since the offensive tackle left the team. Ross says he's appalled by Martin's allegations of daily harassment.

Well, the Denver Broncos are breathing a sigh of relief. Peyton Manning is set to start against Kansas City this week. An MRI shows Manning aggravated a right ankle injury at the end of Sunday's win over San Diego.

In the NBA, Boston are now 4-4 after defeating Orlando 120-105. Atlanta beat Charlotte 103-94. It was Indiana over Memphis 95-79. San Antonio took Philadelphia 109-85. Chicago bested Cleveland 96-81. Houston edged Toronto 110-104. Denver topped Utah 100-81. Portland beat Detroit 109-103 and Minnesota fell to the Clippers 109-107.

In the NHL, it wasn’t a good night for Tampa Bay, not only did the Lightning loose 3-0 to the Bruins, Steven Stamkos had to be taken off the ice on a stretcher after breaking his right leg in the second period.

In baseball, the World Series is over and that means the award season is in.

Tampa Bay Outfielder Wil Myers was named as AL Rookie of the Year while the NL Rookie of the Year award went to Miami pitcher Jose Fernandez.

Finally, Defending champion Novak Djokovic beat top-ranked Rafael Nadal 6-3, 6-4 to win the ATP World Tour Finals.
