Nine people were shot at a Syracuse party. One victim, a 17-year-old, is reportedly in critical condition after being shot in the head.
Syracuse.com reports the incident occurred at an annual outdoor party called Rye Day on the city’s Near West Side before 9 p.m.
Police secured the area and reported all victims were being treated local hospitals.
