Public Hearings Set On New Marijuana Regulations In Massachusetts

Proposed regulations would allow home delivery of marijuana in municipalities that have banned recreational cannabis stores. The Cannabis Control Commission is expected to set the final rules later this year.

Public comment is being sought in Massachusetts on proposed regulations for home delivery and social consumption of marijuana.

The Cannabis Control Commission is holding a public hearing tomorrow in Boston and a second hearing in Springfield on Thursday.
