WAMC's Dr. Alan Chartock discusses reports that President Trump has signed Congress' $900 billion COVID-19 relief package, despite calling it a "disgrace" last week. Dr. Chartock also comments on a report by The Intercept detailing how the Trump administration has suppressed photography within hospitals during the coronavirus pandemic.
