Windsor, Massachusetts recently unveiled its newly designed town flag. The Berkshire County town of roughly 900 was incorporated in 1771, but has not had a town flag before now. Come January the flag will be catalogued and put on display at the Statehouse’s Great Hall of Flags. Susan Edwards, a longtime Windsor resident and artist whose design was chosen to represent the town.
