Authorities say two New York state troopers received minor injuries in a multi-vehicle collision while chasing a suspect on an Adirondack road.
State police report that a vehicle that had been reported stolen from South Burlington Vermont was stopped in the town of Schroon at about 6:15 Thursday evening.  Before the operator could be taken into custody, he fled and multiple troopers chased the Toyota.

The suspect hit the rear of one of the troopers, and sideswiped another before being forced onto the shoulder striking a guiderail.

State police say the suspect provided a false name before identifying himself as Iliya Light, of North Hero, Vermont.  He faces numerous charges and is being held being held in the county jail.
