State and city police are investigating a bank robbery in Plattsburgh.
According to the Plattsburgh Press Republican, a man in his 40's robbed the Glens Falls National Bank in Plattsburgh Plaza on Route 3.
The newspaper reports the man is described as having a mustache, wearing a wig and cowboy hat. He claimed to have a weapon, but did not show it.
He left the bank, located at one of the busiest intersections in the county, in a dark blue or black Volvo-type SUV.
State and city police investigators on Monday afternoon had yet to provide details on the robbery.
