Police are investigating after one person died in a shooting in Holyoke, Massachusetts this weekend.
Investigators say the shooting occurred at around 2:30 a.m. Saturday on Newton Street.
Police responding to the scene found a male with a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to Baystate Medical Center, where he was later pronounced deceased.
The Holyoke Police Department and the Massachusetts State Police are investigating.
