Two Greene County residents now face murder and manslaughter charges after the death of a three-year-old girl last month.
Fay Mohamed died on Feb. 25 from injuries sustained in January.
A grand jury indicted the girl's mother, Farhiya Gaal, and Lamiek Wilson, on Monday.
Wilson was previously charged with assault.
The Greene County District Attorney’s Office says new evidence was revealed after Mohammed’s death.
