After not having a quorum and canceling two monthly meetings as a result, Albany’s Community Police Board met Thursday night for the first time since October. WAMC's Lucas Willard spoke with Capital Region Bureau Chief Jesse Taylor about the meeting and the circumstances surrounding it.
