Tickets for the summer racing season at Saratoga Race Course will go on sale June 9th. And fans can reportedly expect a close-to-normal experience after the general public was excluded from the Spa last summer.

But, as Governor Andrew Cuomo announced this week, to enjoy the most the race course has to offer in 2021, proof of vaccination against COVID-19 will be required.

New York Racing Association spokesperson Patrick McKenna spoke to WAMC’s Lucas Willard about the plans to at near-full capacity on July 15th.
