Tomorrow, Saratoga Springs will have a new mayor. Democrat Meg Kelly, who for the last year-and-a-half has served as Deputy Mayor under outgoing Democrat Joanne Yepsen, will remain in city hall as mayor for her first two-year term.
WAMC’s Lucas Willard asked Kelly about her work that will continue into 2018.
