Former Democratic U.S. Congressman Bill Owens represented New York’s North Country from 2009 to 2015.

Owens was a guest of the Canadians at President Donald Trump’s inauguration on Friday. He viewed the Republican president’s speech from the Canadian Embassy.

Owens tells WAMC’s Lucas Willard about what he witnessed in Washington.
