Attorneys who volunteer their time to help those who cannot afford a lawyer are being honored today. The Legal Project is holding its pro bono awards luncheon in Latham. Lisa Frisch is the executive director of The Legal Project, a non-profit that began 21 years ago to provide free and low-cost legal advise for those in need of help in family court, in cases of domestic violence and those facing foreclosure.
