The landmark Queensbury Hotel in downtown Glens Falls is back under local ownership. Built in the 1920s, the Queensbury has hosted guests from Billy Joel to Ozzy Osbourne.
New owner Ed Moore, who also owns a local factory outlet mall, is a member of Adirondack Civic Center Coalition, the organization that now operates Glens Falls’ downtown arena. Moore says he became interested in opening a hotel while spending his time in the heart of the city.
