Albany, NY – Well leading 13-10, the Jets were six minutes away from a win last night...

Then, it was Tebow Time.

Tim Tebow scampered 20-yards for the game-winning touchdown, as the Broncos rallied to beat the Jets 17-13. Sound courtesy of ESPN. Tebow finished with 172 total yards, 92 of those coming on the game-winning 95-yard drive. On the flip side, Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez passed for 252 yards, no touchdowns, and a crucial pick-six. Denver and New York are both now 5-5.

In college sports, allegations of sexual misconduct with a minor have hit another major college. Syracuse has placed Bernie Fine, an assistant to Syracuse basketball coach Jim Boeheim, on administrative leave, while local police investigate new allegations. ESPN said it first investigated the accusations in 2003, but decided not to run the story because there was no independent evidence to corroborate the allegations. The investigation comes nearly two weeks after Penn State was devastated by a child sex-abuse case in which former defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky is accused of sexual abuse involving eight young boys over 15 years.

In Top 25 college basketball, 4th-ranked U-Conn whipped Maine 80-60, 7th-ranked Florida trounced North Florida 91-55, 15th-ranked Arizona downed St. John's 81-72, and 16th-ranked Alabama rolled to a 62-42 win over Maryland.

In baseball news, Clayton Kershaw received 27 of 32 first place votes, becoming the seventh Dodgers pitcher to win the NL Cy Young Award.

Major League Baseball has announced that the Houston Astros have been sold and will move to the American League after next season. The move will give each league 15 teams.

And the Cubs have hired Brewers hitting coach Dale Sveum as their new manager.

On the ice, Boston edged Columbus 2-1 in a shootout, Tampa Bay topped Pittsburgh 4-1, Philadelphia skated by Phoenix 2-1, and the Islanders edged Montreal 4-3.

And in golf, the U.S. has a 7-5 lead over the International Team, through two days of the Presidents Cup at Royal Melbourne.
