Massachusetts – The second round of Race to the Top is over and the U.S. Department of Education has announced that 9 states and the District of Columbia have been awarded dollars to help improve their education systems. Massachusetts and New York were denied in the first round but as WAMC's Berkshire Bureau Chief Charlie Deitz reports they took the top spots this time around
