The signing of health care reform into law has been followed by a massive outreach to make the public understand just what it is. Hudson Valley bureau chief Susan Barnett spoke with Congressman Maurice Hinchey today, who said the fact that two parts of the bill were tossed back to the House for another vote isn't going to change a reform that he says is probably the most important piece of legislation he's ever voted for.
