Calling it a top priority for national security, New York's junior senator has announced she's co-sponsoring a bill to crack down on cybercrime by holding host countries accountable. Hudson Valley bureau chief Susan Barnett reports the bill calls for creation of an organized program to offer carrots, and sticks, to win international cooperation.
