Orange County, NY – Orange and Rockland Utilities announced Tuesday that it will file for a natural gas deliver rate increase before the end of the week. The plan would begin on November 1, 2009 when the current rate structure expires. The New York State Public Service Commission must approve the hikes and that usually takes about a year.
