Plattsburgh, NY – A winter-like storm is headed for the region, expected to bring rain, high winds and snow. While this may be the first Nor'easter of the season, bringing more than 6 inches to some mountain areas, it's falling a bit too early for ski areas to take advantage of their white gold.
