NY – The third Republican to announce his campaign for the 22nd Congressional District seat held by Democrat Maurice Hinchey Thursday said he would fight hard to bring economic stability to Upstate New York and fight waste and corruption in Washington, both issues, he claimed, the incumbent has abandoned over the years.
