Kingston, NY – U.S. Congressman John Sweeney visited Northern Dutchess Hospital to announce Federal funding that the hospital will use for electronic medical records. Sweeney, a Republican running for re-election in New York's 20th Congressional District, also spoke about his plans for healthcare reform. They differ greatly from his opponent's plans.
