Plattsburgh, NY – The Public Service Commission has released its report on National Grid's response to a severe windstorm that hit the region in February. Major power outages occurred that, in some cases, lasted for days. The PSC is telling the utility it needs to improve its communication and response time to disasters. WAMC's North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley has more.
