Kingston, NY – The realities of wind energy, a major part of Gov. George Pataki's energy plan for New York, are starting to enter small towns in Delaware County, near the Catskills. And some residents don't find the prospect of the alternative energy resource all that appealing. WAMC's Hudson Valley Bureau chief Julia Taylor reports.
