Saratoga Springs, NY – New York State is fronting an extra $2.1 million to fund infrastructure improvements and amenities at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center. That's on top of the $2 million infusion of state money to SPAC announced last year. Officials say they hope the improvements will boost attendance.
