Albany, NY – The American Medical Association is lobbying Congress to help stop cuts to the country's Medicare program-they say reductions in reimbursements are driving physicians out of practice, leaving senior citizens on the healthcare program without doctors. AMA doctors stopped in Albany Tuesday as part of a road tour to raise awareness about the effects they say Medicare cuts will have on the state's seniors.
