Kingston, NY – The controversial proposal to construct Bellayre Resort in the Catskill Mountains has been debated for 10 years. It's a classic case of open-space and environmental advocates against pro-development forces. But now, things seem to be moving ahead...an EPA official says he's considering two compromises and will visit the region to make a decision. WAMC's Hudson Valley Bureau Chief Julia Taylor reports.
