Way of Choosing Top Students Causing Controversy

Cambridge, NY – The valedictorian and salutatorian are the best students in a graduating class - academically speaking. Selection is traditionally based purely on the grade-point-average, and those with the highest win the honors. But one small school district in New York State is revising their method of choosing the top students in a graduating class - and it's upsetting some parents.
