A study by a consumer watchdog concludes that Massachusetts motorists are vulnerable to predatory tow truck drivers.

The report from MassPIRG  identifies how Massachusetts should improve its laws to better protect people against exorbitant towing charges.

WAMC’s Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill spoke with Deirdre Cummings, legislative director for MassPIRG.
