Following intense criticism, Vermont State Colleges System Chancellor Jeb Spaulding announced Wednesday morning that he is withdrawing system reconfiguration recommendations he brought to his Board of Trustees earlier this week. WAMC's Jim Levulis spoke with WAMC’s North Country Bureau Chief Pat Bradley about the latest developments.
