Patricia Manning is in her 30th season as head coach of the Williams College Women’s Basketball Team. With more than 400 victories, she is described as the winningest coach in Williams history, and has taken 9 teams to the Division III NCAA tournament. This season, the team has won 11 of its first 12 games. Before back to back matchups this weekend, Manning spoke with WAMC about her coaching style and what is fueling her team’s dominant performance.

Josh Landes has been WAMC's Berkshire Bureau Chief since February 2018, following stints at WBGO Newark and WFMU East Orange. A passionate advocate for Western Massachusetts, Landes was raised in Pittsfield and attended Hampshire College in Amherst, receiving his bachelor's in Ethnomusicology and Radio Production. His free time is spent with his cat Harry, experimental electronic music, and exploring the woods.
