Mill Town Capital is an impact investment fund based in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Founded by David Mixer in 2016, the firm says it has put millions of dollars of into the Berkshires’ largest community by developing businesses, investing in real estate, and doing philanthropic work. Managing Director Tim Burke – a Pittsfield native – sat down with WAMC to explain what Mill Town does, and why it changed early on.
