A state senator from western Massachusetts this week will host what has become an increasingly popular event.

State Senator Eric Lesser’s “Thrive After 55” is a one- stop shop for seniors looking for information about almost any life-style topic from food and nutrition, personal finances, legal questions, and healthcare.

The Democrat from Longmeadow is hosting this year’s event Friday June 21st from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Field House at Springfield College.

WAMC’s Pioneer Valley Bureau Chief Paul Tuthill spoke with Lesser.
