The Massachusetts Caucus of Women Legislators Sexual Assault Working Group is calling for a five-step action plan that includes mandatory sexual harassment training for state employees and an anonymous survey to gauge harassment within the State House. It follows a column by the Boston Globe alleging rampant sexual harassment on Beacon Hill. WAMC’s Berkshire Bureau Chief JD Allen spoke with State Representative Tricia Farley-Bouvier, a Pittsfield Democrat who co-chairs the Sexual Assault Working Group.
