Rendering of redeveloped One Burlington Square

Burlington Mayor Miro Weinberger announced Friday that an older building in the downtown will be redeveloped to provide for better and greener office space.
One Burlington Square, built in 1969, will be renovated creating 50,000 square feet of office space in Burlington's downtown area. Redevelopers plan to obtain LEED certification by using solar panels and energy efficiency.

An additional level will be added on the roof and the ground floor area will be converted for additional parking.

The current tenant UVM Medical Center will move out until renovations are completed in late 2017.
