Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts President Mary Grant was recently announced as the next chancellor of the University of North Carolina at Asheville. She will finish out the fall semester in North Adams before taking over at Asheville in January.WAMC’s Berkshire Bureau Chief Jim Levulis sat down with Grant as she reflects on her time as MCLA’s 11th president and first alumna to hold the office.
